REFUND POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Please contact us at info@ortoplux.com for a return address. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Return policy

All items must be returned in their original selling condition, unworn, unwashed or altered, with all labels attached. All items must be returned with the original packaging. Customised items cannot be returned.

Returning defective or incorrect items

Follow these steps to return damaged or wrong items:
(1) Contact our customer service team via email at info@luxyek.com.
(2) Send a photo and description of the damaged or wrong item and the corresponding order number.
Once we have received your e-mail and assessed the damage, we will contact you to determine the desired solution. Please note that all damaged, defective and wrong items must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Exchanges

If the size does not fit or if you want to change the colour, you can return this item. You will have to pay the shipping costs yourself. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. Send us an e-mail with a return request, and we will provide you with the return address via e-mail.

Damaged and defective products
